Booking Platform Agreement

By booking a taxi through Taxi in dwarka, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

Our Role as a Platform

Taxi in dwarka acts only as a booking platform. We connect customers to independent taxi operators and drivers. We are not:

• The employer or operator of any taxi or vehicle
• Responsible for driver hiring, training, or conduct
• An insurance provider or liable for accidents
• Responsible for pricing determined by operators

Independent Operators & Drivers

All taxi services are provided by independent drivers or operators. These individuals are not employees of Taxi in dwarka. We do not guarantee:

• Vehicle condition or cleanliness
• Driver punctuality or timing
• Safety features or insurance coverage
• Proper licensing or documentation

Liability & Responsibility

Taxi in dwarka is NOT responsible for:

• Disputes between customers and drivers
• Damages, accidents, or injuries during travel
• Trip delays or cancellations
• Vehicle breakdowns or mechanical failures
• Lost or missing items left in the vehicle
• Rude behavior, misconduct, or harassment by drivers
• Pricing changes or fare disagreements
• Any other service-related issues or complaints

Charges, Fares & Payment

All charges, fares, and agreements are directly between you and the taxi driver or operator. Taxi in dwarka does not control or set fares. Ensure you discuss and agree on the fare before starting your journey.

Customer Acceptance of Risk

By booking with Taxi in dwarka, you accept all risks associated with:

• Travel in a third-party vehicle
• Contact with an independent driver
• Potential delays, cancellations, or changes
• Any accidents, injuries, or incidents

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or disagreements should be resolved directly between the customer and the taxi operator/driver. Taxi in dwarka will not be involved in resolving conflicts or disputes.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual taxi operator or driver. Please discuss these terms before confirming your booking.
